Can you confirm Jennifer Battles is with 1402? I know you all have been working to make the property owners be more accountable. It was heartbreaking to see this house today with Code Enforcement. Unfortunately, there are several houses that are neglected in MacHD, and the neighborhood suffers because of the derelict owners. People have inquired about 1414 Park Lane and because of the nonprofit status or income restrictions quagmire, it has made it impossible to purchase. I know that there are laws that protects the owners, but what about the neighbors? What about the people who want to invest? When does the safety outweighs the historic?
