1414 Park Lane is the Schmelzer House, built ca 1907, a contributing resource in the MacArthur park Local Ordinance
Historic District. You will need to appear before the HDC to seek approval for demolition of this house. It is shown as
Defer Decision on the Relocal study.
I will go look at this one tomorrow when I look at 1412 Schiller. 1414 Park Lane has been owned by the lighthouse
center for years and they have done nothing with it. Do you think they would sell?
Yes, she might be interested in selling. She is in Environmental Court , she wants it down. Her Name is Grace Blagdon.

9607 Woodford is not in a national register historic district, not individually listed and does not have a façade easement
on it. Okay to demo.
