Dear Commission:
The City of Little Rock Code Enforcement Division has been unsuccessful in getting the
owner of the above-mentioned property to correct any interior or exterior violations
identified during an inspection of the property since notification on February 14, 2013.
The structure was declared UnsafeNacant in 2013 and has continued to deteriorate
and remains a nuisance within the neighborhood and city.
Staff recommends immediate demolition of the structure because of the various safety
issues it poses.
