Ref: Replace 3 ton and 3.5 ton gas HVAC units
Remove existing, and replace with Carrier Air Conditions System with gas heat,
furnaces, evaporator coils, outdoor units, auxiliary drain pans (if applicable),
condensate safety switch, flush existing refrigerant and drain lines, digital non
programable thermostats (15 SEER Performance and higher options receive a
touch screen wifi capable programmable thermostat capable of dehumidification
control), installation, labor, and taxes. Equipment will be installed according to
state and local codes and standard industry practices in a neat and professional
manner.

We propose hereby to furnish two HVAC units, material and labor, to
complete project in accordance with above specifications for the sum of
$14,560.00 for the 15 SEER Comfort, or $17,000.00 for the 15 SEER
Performance unit
Payments as follows: Balance at substantial completion.
