Please submit a list (the contractor can prepare it) of things to be done. Or a quote from the contractor would
also work. I can go from that as to if it is maintenance or not. The pictures are great but do not say exactly what
you are going to do.

I am working with a contractor from the MacArthur list of contractors, Kevin Haney, to see about getting some
work done on DD&F’s 601 Rock Street house.
Do you need to come look at this and grant permission to do needed repairs or is this just maintenance?
