i) Fill, patch and paint to match areas on columns and bases. If wood is replaced, install
boards of same dimension, shape and profile.
2) Front Entry (Front Door, Screen Door & Transom)
a) The overall appearance of the door is to remain the same as before construction.
b) Damaged pieces to have custom milled pieces replaced as needed.
c) Strip and stain or paint front door as desired.
