Welcome to the neighborhood.
Your interior only building permit is approved. The Historic District Commission does not review interior only work.
On painting the building, you are allowed to paint only those surfaces that have been previously painted. I believe the
front doors are stained, you would want to re-stain them instead of painting. This does not require a COA Certificate of
Appropriateness.

Pleasure chatting with you this afternoon about the Peachtree Apartment repairs. As I mentioned on the phone, we will
need to make repairs to Unit 10 which had a minor fire. The value of overall repairs to the unit will be less than
$3500. Per our conversation, we would like to repaint the exterior of the building. However, the façade is already
painted brick. I submitted for a repair permit however Stephanie in permits will need your approval.
