Arkansas State Archives This letter is in response to the'proposed project plans submitted to the
Arkansas Historic Preservation Program (AHPP) for our review. As you
Delta Cultural Center are aware, AHPP holds a Deed of Conservation Easement on this
property and we are required to review and approve any alterations

grounds.

Cultural Center We have reviewed the proposed bollard landscape lighting and
alterations to the landscaping to remove tall bushes for security
Old State House Museum reasons that we discussed on site today. AHPP staff members have
determined that the proposed work meets the Secretary of Interior's
Standards for Rehabilitation. We have no outstanding concerns and
approve of the work plans submitted. For phased projects, plans for
each phase of the project need to be submitted to our office for review
and approval.
