Dear Mr. Mourning,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC18-034 at the January
14, 2019 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved your
Certificate of Appropriateness of the Fencing. The final vote was 6 ayes, 0 noes and 1
absent. The motion was to approve as submitted with the 6’ tall section of fence along
Cumberland to be 5’ off the property line with staff recommendations.
Please let me know when your fence company schedules a visit to the site. I am
requesting to be there to approve the five foot setback on the six foot section along
Cumberland to avoid trees and to avoid losing parking spaces if possible. I will need a
scaled drawing from you or the fence company as per staff recommendations.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue paper)
should be kept with your important papers. I have also enclosed a copy for your use.
