Dear Mr. Mourning,
The item HDC18-034 for Fencing at 1002 Cumberland, 215-221 E 10th Street, that was
heard before the Historic District Commission on December 10, 2018, was deferred at
that meeting to the January 14, 2018 hearing. The hearing will be held in the Board
Room at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting will begin at
5:00 p.m. You were previously notified via certified mail of this application.
Please send your “Notice of Public Hearing” to all property owners in the area as shown
in the graphic attached in the email dated 12/10/2019. Those letters need to be mailed
no later than January 4, 2019. Please provide proof of mailing, new abstract list, etc. to
my office by January 7, 2019. Your new hearing date will be January 14, 2019.

We need to set up a meeting between you, me and public Works to discuss your
dumpster location and screening. Please let me know when you are available.
