I just went through my emails for the day and saw this. I will attempt to get you the requirements by tomorrow. I think
a cut sheet with the materials can be had as well.
Anytime December 11th. will work for me. Just let me know.

Technically, your filing deadline is Friday at 5:00 pm for the siding work. please provide a photo of the
damaged areas. On the survey, please place a symbol on the locations where it will be replaced. I also
need in the cover letter of what the current materials are and what the new materials will be.
Your new application will be HDC19-001. You can do the mailings for both the fencing and the siding in
the same envelope. I would wait until after the December 10 meeting to do the mailings.
I do need you to meet with public works and the landscape code officer about the screening of the
dumpster. What times are you available after noon on December 11th? I can coordinate the meeting.
