Although the wood fence around the parking lot wouldn't be my first choice, it doesn't pretend to be a historic element and represents itself as infill. I don't know how Lindsey Dilks who owns the house next door at 1008 feels about it, but it would screen her new HVAC unit on that side of the house. I do recall her commenting on the transient population and her security concerns. I do think Randy has a legitimate point in that the fencing would hopefully curb vehicle thefts and make the residents feel safer there. If you want a different material for the parking lot fence, I am fine with it.
