You need to pull a permit for the staircase that was already completed that we talked about that faces Cumberland. you
will be getting it retroactively.
You may talk with me before you file to make sure everything is in order. The next filing deadline is November 9th for
the December hearing.
Yes, you will need permit for all fences after they are approved and before you build them.

Ok. As I understand it, you are stating that I need to pull a permit for the next exterior staircase. I can do that.
I will also complete the form and show it on the survey. May I send that to you before I send it in to see if I have the
information correct?
Do I need a permit for that fence addition when / if approved?

Here is the application that you will need for the additional fencing along 10th Street and additional
fencing around the parking lot that faces Cumberland. You will need a survey of exactly where the new
fences will be as well as a key as to what type and height they will be in the different sections.

I can administratively sign off on the stair replacement visible from Cumberland Street. I see a plumbing
permit at 215 E 10th street Unit B that is active. I do not see a permit for the building with the exterior
staircase. You are required to get a permit for that.
