The simple shed roof design is appropriate for the period of construction of the house and the district. • The foundation will be concrete. • The roof will be corrugated metal. • The siding will be board and batten in a rhythm to be determined and will be painted to match the house — Intellectual Gray with Dover White trim. The applicant requests permission to use a cement material such as Hardie Board for the siding.
