Dear Ms. McSwain,
Your application HDC18-036 for Storage building, at 407 E 10th street will be heard
before the Historic District Commission on December 10, 2018. The hearing will be
held in the Board Room at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The
meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Your application will be item Seven on the agenda. You or your agent must be present
in order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC18-036” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions. You may send both items in
the same envelope, but please put both file numbers on the green return receipt cards.
