With any application for a property that has a conservation easement on it, I require a letter from AHPP
stating that they are okay with the improvements on the property before the Commission votes on the
item.
Please get with Pau l Porter at your earliest convenience to show him the storm windows that you have
chosen and have him send you a letter stating their approval or non-approval. Please copy me on the
letter.
