I-3 industrial district. (a)rpose and intent. The I-3 heavy indus- trial dis ct is designed to accommodate indus- trial use which involve potentially objectionable uses and zards, and which, therefor, cannot be reasonabl xpected to conform to a high level of performanc standards, but which are essential to the econo is viability of the city.
