Dear Mr. Minyard:
This property located at 1415 East Ninth Street, Little Rock, Arkansas further
described as A.C.Read Addition block 1 lot 2, A.C. Read Addition lot 2-3-4, is
owned by Central Flying Service.
We are opposed to the proposed zoning change from industrial to office for this
area. We prefer to remain industrial at time.

According to your notice, the hatched area on the map will include Lots 2, 3, 4 of Block
4 of A. C. Reads Addition to the City of Little Rock which face Shall Street and Lots 7, 8,
9 of Block 4 of A. C. Reads Addition to the City of Little Rock, which face East 10f
Street. This property is owned by David & Marsha Garner and is leased to Antique
Brick, Inc., which uses it as a brick brokerage and storage facility.
It is my opinion that this area should remain within its current zoning which is
industrial. Therefore, as owner of the property, I am opposed to this proposed
change in zoning of our property.

This is to voice our opposition to the proposed zone
classification change orthe property located at
1401 East Ninth & Shall Streets from I-2 Industrial to
0-3 Office. Our location at 1000 Fairpoint is in close
proximity to the property in question, and it is our opinion
that it is most suitable for light manufacturing or
industrial. We Prefer that it remain classified 1-2 Industrial..
