Read Addition lot 2-3-4, is owned by Central Flying Service. We are opposed to the proposed zoning change from industrial to office for this area. We prefer to remain industrial at time. This property is owned by David & Marsha Garner and is leased to Antique Brick, Inc., which uses it as a brick brokerage and storage facility. It is my opinion that this area should remain within its current zoning which is industrial. Our location at 1000 Fairpoint is in close proximity to the property in question, and it is our opinion that it is most suitable for light manufacturing or industrial.
