The Buyer contemplates development of the property in the future. Our legal counsel has advised us that this method of obtaining - right -of -way as a condition to zoning is not legal. We feel that the City could obtain the necessary street dedication as a condition of granting a building permit and thereby accomplish the same purpose legally.
