3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE
4 EAST LITTLE ROCK PLANNING DISTRICT FROM PARK/OPEN
5 SPACE TO MIXED USE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, after review at a public hearing, the Little Rock Planning
s Commission recommends amending the Land Use Plan in the East Little Rock Planning
9 District from Park/Open Space; and
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
11 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS THAT:
12 Section 1. The Park/Open Space area from John to Fletcher Streets, between the
13 Arkansas River and levee, is amended to Mixed Use.
14 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
15 clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
16 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
17 portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
1 e declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
19 ordinance.
20 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or resolutions of the City in conflict herewith
21 are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
