Development has been in the process of
reviewing the Land Use Plan and Zoning for
the area in and around your property. The
proposers changes are a result discussions
and review by city staff. Your property is
currently shown as Low Density Residential.
There is a proposal to change the Land Use
category for your property to Commercial.
A list of Land Use Plan categartes is
attached as well as a brochure concerning Land Use Plan Amendments. A change to
the Land Use Plan does not change your zoning or taxes.
Please contact us indicating your wishes to the address above before April 18. 2005. If
no response is given, the planning staff will view this as an acceptance of the change in
