After a Staff Discussion, we feel that Community Shopping would be more in character. Currently the Kroger Center, and the center to the south is Community Shopping. In general, everything north of north of Markham from 430 to Bowman Road is Community Shopping. This includes Bowman Curve, etc. We believe it would be consistent with C-2 zoning.
