Notice of Intent to Amend Petition
To Whom It May Concern:
At the request of Anne Short, owner of property located at 9002 W. Markham,
Short -Form PD -R Z-6541 and Land Use Plan Amendment LU98-02-01 are hereby
being converted to a request for a Conditional Use Permit.
The principle dwelling located at the above address currently contains two kitchen
units and thereby fails to meet the requirements of a single-family dwelling. Ms. Short
intends to remove one of those kitchen units, creating a single-family structure. The
property will then contain one single-family dwelling and one accessory dwelling
(unattached carport apartment), which will then meet the requirements for a conditional
use permit.
