They are constituents of our Association. Please consider this as a formal request to ask the Planning Commission to consider amending the Land Use Plan for the Pine Mountain Neighborhood located at the intersection of Pinnacle Valley Road and Cantrell Road. The amendment we are seeking is to allow the current residents and homeowners to remain in their residences without the piece mealing of the neighborhood to a developer. There is a valid bill of assurance for this neighborhood which states that the properties for this neighborhood should only be used for residential purposes. As I understand it there is a neighborhood just north of the Little Rock Airport with a similar provision in place. I respectful submit this request with the full support of all the current resident property owners (James and Rebecca Cantrell; Paul and Margaret Habenicht; Juanita Jackson, Robert and Theresa Long; Clyde and Joyce Mayhem: Sandra Stevens) and Tommy Anderson, the property owner and landlord of #5 Pine Mountain Road. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to be of service to you in this matter.
