I, John Hogue, being duly sworn, depose and state; I have personally inspected the
structure located at 1019 South Rock on this 28th day of December 2018. This building is
extensively damaged by fire. In its present condition, the building constitutes an
immediate fire hazard to the community and is otherwise dangerous to human life. This
building should be removed or demolished as soon as possible for the health, safety and
welfare of the community.
