All persons including Felton Lamb, Jr., including Spouses, Heirs, and Assigns and all other persons,
firms, or corporations, that may have an interest in the property located at 1019 Rock Street, Little Rock,
AR, 72202 are hereb y notified that you are in violation of Chapter 20, Article 2, Section 20-32 of the
Little Rock Code of Ordinances by allowing the deteriorated/dilapidated structure located at 1019 Rock
Street, Little Rock, AR, 72202 to remain in an unsafe and dangerous condition thereby endangering life
and limb.
Therefore, you or any other person desiring to be heard are hereby requested to appear before the City of
Little Rock, Historic District Commission on February 11, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. located in Board of
Directors Chamber, at Little Rock City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock, AR 72202. If you
fail to do so, your property will be razed and removed, and a lien will be filed and enforced against the
property. All persons desiring to be heard concerning this action are hereby notified per this Notice.
If it is determined that structure located at 1019 Rock Street must be razed due to exigent circumstances
before the February 11, 2019 hearing to protect the public safety health and wel fare of the community
you will be notified with a 72 hour letter informing you to immediately raze and remove the structure or
it shall be razed and removed by the City of Little Rock and a lien may be filed in the Pulaski County
Real Estate Records Office and be enforced through either a foreclosure or by certifying the lien through
the Pulaski County Treasurer’s Office.
