To whom it may concern,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC19-001 at the February
11, 2019 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission approved the Certificate
of Appropriateness for the Demolition of the house at 1019 Rock Street with the
condition of keeping the rock retaining wall and steps along Rock Street. The final vote
was 5 ayes, 0 noes and 2 recusals.
