My letters have not gone out yet. I normally notify only the applicant, but Sherri recommended that I notify all parties.
Shall I not send the letters since housing is going to? I have attached the sign in sheets with physical and email
addresses.

Ed,
I am going to draft the 72 hour letter that Rick will need to send out to property owners, lien holders, and Attorney. This
letter will inform the interested parties of Commissions decision as well as provide them the 72 Hour Notice to bring
structure up to code or City will raze the structure. It is my understanding that Attorney will in all likelihood file a
Probate Estate, if that happens I will have to Petition Court to raze the structure. Until then we should proceed under
the procedures of A.C.A 14-54 901-905. In addition to the Notice letter I am filing a Lis Pendens in the Real Estate
Records. This will place the world on notice of the condition of structure and the impending demolition. Thanks.
