This can only be done after the statutory lien has been filed and City files a foreclosure action. Thanks. The attorney’s name is Media A Wilkins. Here office is in Chenal on Rahling Road according to the web map. She stated that the heirs do not have any interest in the property and wanted to make sure that they were not stuck with the bill for demolition. I stated that she needed to attend the meeting today to state that for the record and have our city attorney answer those questions. I believe that she will be there.
