Finally, Brian may want to list the individuals that he spoke with on the phone in regards to ownership and demolition. Just a thought. Thanks. (I believe it was sent to her c/o Lamb Construction Co. or something. Rick has the file with all of the mailings. And if the regular mail wasn’t returned mention that too.) Shawn, anything else? –Sherri 2 From: Minyard, Brian Sent: Monday, February 11, 2019 10:22 AM To: Overton, Shawn <soverton@littlerock.gov>; Latimer, Sherri <slatimer@littlerock.gov> Cc: Purifoy, Rick <RPurifoy@littlerock.gov> Subject: RE: 1019 Rock Demolition Sherri, I just want you to be clear on what is happening. It sounds like you ae. Shawn, can you get me some text to read into the record? If we get an actual heir that shows up or an attorney representing the estate that shows up, all of this could change. He said since this is an emergency demo y’all can bypass the Board. If the HDC approves of the demo tonight Rick will send out the 72 hour notices. After the 72 hours the bidding for the demo will start. Rick said he’d get in touch with you. If you find out anything else please let me know.
