Brian, I just spoke to Rick Purifoy. He said since this is an emergency demo y’all can bypass the Board. If the HDC
approves of the demo tonight Rick will send out the 72 hour notices. After the 72 hours the bidding for the demo will
start. Rick said he’d get in touch with you. If you find out anything else please let me know. See you this afternoon,
