they should come to the HDC meeting on the 11th to see what shakes out. I am hoping that someone
from the family shows up and gives a clue as to what they want to do.

Brian,
I was just contacted by a person interested in purchasing Felton's burn property for $5,000 to
rebuild the exterior as it looked historically, basically a reconstruction. Is there a way for that to
happen?
