Brian,
Since you indicated an attorney is involved, we may want to proceed with caution.

Hello Brian: I was looking out my back window this morning at what's left of 1019 Rock Street and saw a
family of racoons going into what's left of the attic. Sure don't want to hold up the demo once we get thru
the HDC and due diligence - BUT, is there a provision for wildlife removal when the city contracts the
demo? Thank you, Missy
