All,
The Notice of Hearing will run in the Daily Record on 1/15 & 1/22/19.
Brian,
It is my understanding that you have spoken to one of the Heirs. Could you please provide any
contact information that you may have? I want to reach out to the Heir so that I can obtain an
address to send a Notice of the Hearing by certified and regular mail.
Rick,
It is my understanding that Title Work has been ordered and you will forward me a copy of it as
soon as itis received. Since a hearing will be held on February 11, 2019 a 72 hour letter format
is not appropriate. I am going to draft a letter to inform all parties that a hearing will be held,
unless it is determined by the City that the structure due to exigent circumstances must be
immediately razed to protect the public safety, health and welfare of the community. If the
structure must be removed we can still have the hearing on February 11, 2019 but it will be
considered a post deprivation hearing, which should afford due process. Thanks.
