Historic District Commission on March 11, 2019. The hearing will be held in the Board
Room at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting will begin at
5:00 p.m.
Your application will be item One on the agenda. (There are four national Register
nominations scheduled before the COAs.) You or your agent must be present in order
for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC19-003” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
Please send copies of the jpegs that were included in the application packet via email.
Attached to this email is a copy of your check stamped paid.
