Thanks for your draft submission.
I read through your submittals and have these comments:
Scaled Drawings: None are required for this application assuming that the Photoshop images are to scale.
Your HDC file # is HDC19-003.
Your application date will be February 11, 2019 Your hearing date is March 11, 2019.
You will need to sign the application and I will need a hard copy of that.
You may submit your photos via email. Your north, south, east, and west are incorrect on some of the photos. The front
along 13th is the south, the west fronts onto Scott, and the east has the off street parking.
Please do not separate the signature area from the top portion on the "Notice of Public Hearing". It is designed so that
you may fold it and send a letter size notice to the neighborhood property owners. I only need the one legal size
document signed back to me by the mailing date of March 1, 2019. Please date that the day that the notices are mailed.
