Steve Gardner came by to visit with me on 503 E 7th Street. As the Historic
District Commission Staff, I will sign off on a new roof including any reframing
and new decking needed to get the building in the dry. I will sign off on the
addition of a cricket to bridge between the later addition and the original
house. See attached COC for more details.
