You are being deferred. Your application still stands and will not need to resubmit your application packet. You will
need to re-mail to all of the area as shown on the graphic. The “Notice of Public Hearing” forms will need to be mailed
to all property owners on or before January 4, 2018. You will need to bring proof of mailing to me on January 7, 2019
and then attend the meeting on January 14, 2019.

Your new hearing date will be January 14, 2019 and your date to have the mailings done is January 4,
2019. If you want me to double check the abstract list before you do the mailings, I will do so. Please
