Scla �' 2 Pastor Clarence Harville 6402 BUTLER RD- LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS • 72209 PHONE: 501-562-3910• FAX: 501-562-4208 RENOVATION PROJECT AT 1.414 PARK LANE LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS The Light House, Inc. is proposing to renovate the residential house located at 1414 Park Lane, Little Rock, Arkansas. The scope of work is as follows. 1. Reconstruct front porch which has deteriorated to the point where it can not be repaired. 2. Remove all deteriorated materials from the structure, which include materials from the walis,(interior and exterior), materials from the roof and ceiling, subfloor, floor seals, floor joists and Sofia and fiscia. 3. Remove all shingles from the structure and replace them with three tabs fiber glass shingles. 4. Remove all plaster materials from the interior walls and ceiling and replace it will sheet rock. 5. Replace the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems with new systems meeting the City of Little Rock and the Mac Auther Historical required specifications. 6. To replace exterior materials with materials detailing the same appearance as the original materials. 7. Construct steps at the front entry of house, 8. Insulate walls with R-13 and ceiling with R-30 or better 9. Paint exterior and interior of structure. 10. To refinish the existing hardwood floor and use them wherever possible
