Permit for 519 East 6th Street
This memo serves as administrative approval from the Little Rock Historic District
Commission (and with the inspection and approval by John Greer, Chair) allowing the
property owner of 519 East 6th Street (located within the MacArthur Park Historic
District) permission to obtain a building permit. I understand that the permit is for the
construction of a privacy fence along the property's east side. The wooden privacy
fence shall be 4 feet high the first twenty-five (25') feet, going from the sidewalk south;
the fence height shall increase to 6 feet high, after the first twenty-five feet.
