Thank you for informing me. Please do not use the highest pressure setting on the power washing as it might dislodge some of the mortar. Please us the lowest power setting possible with a broad stream of water to clean the brick. A narrow stream of water, no matter the pressure, can dislodge mortar. I am attaching a pdf of the COC. I will mail you the original. The painted surfaces would be on the eastern, north and south elevations of the original 1908 building. We are not painting any of the brick, but we will power wash it.
