I do not see any issue in the painting as you described. Thank you for informing me.
Please do not use the highest pressure setting on the power washing as it might dislodge some of the mortar. Please us
the lowest power setting possible with a broad stream of water to clean the brick. A narrow stream of water, no matter
the pressure, can dislodge mortar.
I am attaching a pdf of the COC. I will mail you the original.

We intend to begin painting the upper cream colored parapet and the coppings to their original color within the
next three weeks. The painted surfaces would be on the eastern, north and south elevations of the original 1908
building. We are not painting any of the brick, but we will power wash it. If you see any difficulty arising from
this action, please let me know.
