To whom it may concern,
The Villa Marre lies within the MacArthur Park Local Ordinance Historic District which has all
exterior modifications to the building and grounds reviewed by the City of Little Rock’s Historic
District Commission (HDC). The HDC does not review or regulate the use of the building.
The City of Little Rock does not practice zoning at 1321 S Scott Street since it lies within the
Capitol Zoning District Commission’s jurisdiction.
