As you are aware, AHPP holds a Deed of Conservation Easement on this property and we are required to review and approve any alterations that affect the exterior appearance of the building and property grounds. We have reviewed the proposed fencing plans you submitted. AHPP staff members have determined that the proposed work meets the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. We have no outstanding concerns and approve of the work plans submitted. For phased projects, plans for each phase of the project need to be submitted to our office for review and approval. Should you have any questions, please contact me at Paul.Porter@arkansas.gov or at (501) 683-6672. Sincerely, Paul Porter Conservation Easement Coordinator/Technical Services Coordinator CC: Mr. Brian Minyard, City of Little Rock
