The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC2019-011 at the August
13, 2019 reconvened meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has
approved your Certificate of Appropriateness of the Renovation with expansions and
removals to existing footprint. The final vote was 4 ayes, 1 absent, and 2 recusals.
Please submit your final plans to the Plans Examiners for your building permit. I will
verify your compliance with the COA in that process.
