Lower Level 1 [South]:

Upper Level 1 [North]:
• Existing: 49,000 SF
• New: 41,600 SF
Level 2 :
• Existing: 7,500 SF
• New: 35,000 SF
Again, existing total Gross SF: 95,700 SF. Proposed total Gross SF: 133,000 SF.
