Per our phone conversation, the last thing you need from me for the HC submission are 9 hardcopies of the 11x17 packet,
which I will deliver tomorrow, likely around noon.
Cindy – Brian will create a dropbox link that contains both the 11x17 packet and comprehensive packet [Exhibits] for the
commissioners to access.

Brian,
Here is a link to the condensed 11x17 packet and comprehensive packet with the multiple drawings. All of the drawings
that are from our construction documents progress set have the ‘Not For Construction’ label in the titleblock to the
right. Both PDF’s are flattened. Link provided here: https://ftp.polkstanleywilcox.com/_Z04h16NgtZx0tR
Do you need hardcopies of both documents, 11x17 AND the more comprehensive document? Or, JUST the
11x17? Also, how many hardcopies do you need?
Outside of these two PDF’s and required hardcopies, is there anything else you will need from me? Are you good on the
submission forms with signatures already submitted?
