On November 9, 2018
(HDC2018-035), a Certificate
of Appropriateness was
approved for Bluebird Realty
for a new sign using the same
mounting bracket at this
address.
On October 8, 2019, a
request was received to install
a sign for DDF since Bluebird
Realty is no longer a tenant in
the building.
It is understood that the
sign that will be installed for
DDF will be the same sign that
was installed earlier and
approved by HDC2015-031 or
a sign that is identical to it in
materials, appearance, and
size. No other sign is approved
under this COC.
