Dear Mr. Tommy Lasiter,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC2020-001 at the January 13,
2020 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved your Certificate of
Appropriateness of the Fence with conditions. The conditions are;
1. Obtaining a building permit.
2. Modify fence layout around trees to avoid tree trunks and major roots. Fence is not to
be placed in city right-of-way. Supply edited site plan for Staff to approve new layout
prior to building permit.
3. Connect fences to building at western edge of building.
The final vote was 4 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent and 1 open position.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue paper) should be
kept with your important papers. I have also enclosed a copy for your use.
