Dear Mr. Lasiter,
Your application HDC2020-001 for Fence, at 1300 S Scott Street will be heard before the
Historic District Commission on January 13, 2020. The hearing will be held in the Board Room
at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Your application will be item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in order
for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as stated in
the application on page 3 instructions #4 and #5. Use “HDC2020-001” to complete your
mailing labels as shown in the instructions.
The application form states that “A description of materials for all exterior surfaces listed above
shall be provided to Staff at time of filing. Web site addresses are appropriate but cut sheets of
individual materials are preferred.” The following information will need to be submitted to Staff
by December 17, 2019 to complete your filing.
Cover letter: Please provide cover letter sting reasons to install the fence.
Application Fee: $100.00
Authorization of Representation Statement: Provide signed notarized copy.
Submittals: The submittals seem to be cropped when they were digitized. Please resubmit.
Failure to provide all information requested above in a complete manner before 5:00 pm
December 17, 2019, will result in a Staff recommendation of Deferral on this application.
