I am writing this cover letter as requested to cite the reasons that I would like a fence installed at
my property located at 1300 South Scott Street, Little Rock, AR, 72202, whose description is in
my Application HDC2020-001 submitted to your department.
We would like to provide additional site fencing along the public property lines of Scott Street,
Daisy Bates, and 13th Street that will blend in with neighboring properties. The purpose of the
fence is to provide a secured area for our tenants to relax with their families, friends, and pets. A
secondary purpose of the fence is to secure the premises by providing a physical barrier to any
unwelcome persons who would otherwise come onto the property.
